Have you got what it takes? Arts Alive is looking to expand its data base of art teachers or assistants for both the adult and children's classes.
Arts Alive is the only private permanent art school in Ipswich and offers art classes for adults and children each term and also offers short arts workshops both at the studio at 15 Ellenborough Street in the heart of Ipswich and 'off site'.
Class sizes are small to ensure quality tuition and while, currently, the pay per hour of teaching is not high, this will be raised as the student numbers at the school increase.
Teachers are needed as part time term teachers (each class is 2 hours duration), emergency back up staff and for our outside workshops (the next ones will be part of this year's Ipswich Festival in AprilAli).
All teachers working with children must have a current Blue Card.
